What’s new in Ridge Rank. You can see which version you’re running at the bottom of your
dashboard — the first two numbers (for example 2.3) match the headings below.
Version 2.3
When you download evaluation forms, you can now choose whether to print them with your participants' names already filled in, or leave the name fields blank so evaluators can write in names by hand on the day.
When you invited several evaluators at once, some of them could be quietly skipped and never receive their email. All invitations in a batch now send reliably.
Occasional brief interruptions between Ridge Rank and its database could cause an action to fail with an error. These are now retried automatically, so a momentary hiccup no longer interrupts what you were doing.
